Brunswick Forest is pleased to announce the commencement of the Phase 1 construction of their community River Club, which will feature a fishing pier, observation area, boardwalk, boat ramp and kayak launch. Completion of the new club is planned for this April, coinciding with their April 16-25 sales event.
Additionally, Brunswick Forest has announced the addition of Plantation Builders to their collection of quality and reputable builders. Plantation Builders will be constructing two Bungalow model homes, bringing Brunswick Plantation's total of model homes available to preview and purchase to twenty-five.

St. James Plantation announced the construction of their Reserve Clubhouse, making it their 4th clubhouse, is well underway and due to be completed in the spring of 2011. The new 24,000 square foot will feature intimate dinning, large gathering area, social rooms, screened porch dining, and a private wine room dining area. The new clubhouse will be a welcome complement to the 4 championship golf courses and the more than $100 million in community amenities.
